Leavine Fenton Racing to compete in select Cup, Truck races
A pair of Texas natives are pairing to form a new NASCAR team in 2011 that will compete on a limited basis in the Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck series in 2011 with another Texan, David Starr, behind one of the wheels.
